DESCRIPTION

Lithium Battery Electrode Slitting Slitter Machine For 18650 Cell Production



The machine adopts computer control, ultrasonic tracking and correction system, and servo motor
control. Winding tension control is realized by inverter vector motor through PLC touch screen to
realize automatic tension control. Unwinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder (with Japan
SMC pneumatic proportional valve) and automatic tension control. The rewinding shaft adopts the air
expansion shaft. Inverter control The working speed of the whole machine is equipped with automatic
meter counting device, automatic warp calculation and display, and automatic warp stop when

unwinding is set. It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat winding end face, and easy subsequent processing.

4. Introduction to the main functions of the machine

4.1. This machine adopts German Siemens PLC control system, touch screen, three sets of servo
motors, servo motors are used as the main traction, and it is a speed control mode
4.2. The left and right windings are controlled by a set of servo motors, and the winding tension is
automatically controlled. As the winding diameter increases, the taper increases. The motor speed
decreases proportionally with the winding diameter, so that the winding is broken. It will not fly and
stop automatically; automatic taper tension control, automatic tension compensation during
acceleration and deceleration and stop. Can be rolled up to different diameters at the same time
4.3. Automatic taper tension control of unwinding, automatic tension compensation during acceleration, deceleration and emergency stop, automatic calculation of inertia during emergency stop with large coil diameter, keeping the material tight and not loose, emergency stop when large coil diameter and high speed, the effect is better;
4.4. The rewinding and unwinding diameters are independently and automatically calculated, and
there is no need to input the thickness of the material, which avoids the operation of wrong thickness
setting. The calculation accuracy of the reel diameter is less than 1mm. When the unwinding diameter
