Introduction :

A miniature hot melt adhesive coating and bonding machine with high precision modular coating station assembly, capable of continuous coating and sampling or small-scale production. The entire machine is assembled with a high-precision modular coating station structure.

Use a dial gauge as the dividing head to precisely adjust the coating gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels to control the coating thickness. The minimum adhesive thickness is

0.01mm. After setting the thickness, the rubber wheel can be indirectly locked to prevent the gap from changing.

The maximum coating width is 300mm (effective coating width 280mm). The width of the hike is adjusted by two Teflon baffles in the rubber groove. It can be coated with glue of unlimited length and automatically wound up.

Forward and reverse continuously variable speed, preferably with a coating speed of 4.5m/min (adjustable speed from 2-4.5M/min). The feeding roller can be adjusted with a knob to change the tension during feeding. The feeding reel can be adjusted by mechanical tension control for feeding.

The heating rod, adhesive wheel, and adhesive groove can be quickly disassembled and separated from the body to remove residual adhesive.
