5V6A 512 Channel Lithium Battery Analyzer
Introduction
This product is used for the formation, capacity division and performance parameter detection of lithium batteries. It is a master-slave battery comprehensive test system composed of a computer and a device single-chip computer. It has advanced structure, reliable performance, convenient operation, high efficiency and extremely high performance. Cost-effective, is an indispensable production testing equipment for lithium battery manufacturers, capacitor manufacturers and scientific research units.
The structure and appearance of the equipment
The structure of this equipment is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. One CPU board, the whole cabinet sends and controls uniformly.
2. There are 64 eight-channel constant current plates, arranged evenly in four doors.
3. There are 32 charging switching power supplies with two sets of outputs, each for 2 constant current boards.
4. Two keyboard boards, front and rear double-sided operation.
5. A total of 64 pallets, the depth of the pallet is 180mm, and epoxy board insulation is attached. Each pallet has 8 channels and supports battery pole pieces within 65mm in width.
System structure and working principle
(1) System composition
1. Lithium battery pack equipment (1-10 units).
2. A computer with USB interface (provided by yourself).
3. A USB to 485 interface converter and communication line.
4. A set of product software.

Working principle
1. The equipment is connected and controlled by a computer, sending instructions and collecting data, etc.
2. The keyboard can manually operate the equipment and display the parameters and status.
3. The constant current board is ordered by the CPU, which has the function of constant current and constant pressure.
