I. Function overview
The separator is actively unwound and introduced to the stacking table through the tension mechanism; the stacking table drives the diaphragm to move back and forth to place the pole pieces; the positive/negative pieces are stacked first and two sets of robotic suction cups take the positive and negative pieces out of the two boxes on the left and stack them on the stacking table after precise positioning; after the stacking is completed, the seperator is cut off and the cores are transferred to the gluing station by the robots for automatic gluing; at the same time, the automatic stacking of the next core begins .
