300L Battery Planetary Vacuum Mixer Machine
1.Introduction
The planetary power mixer is a multi-functional new model that combines the principles and composition of the traditional dual planetary mixer and the high-speed disperser. It is currently widely used in many fields.
Aiming at the high solid content and high viscosity of power battery slurry, based on the original planetary power mixer, our company has developed an enhanced power mixer with high speed and large torque. In the design process, the agitator speed, stirring power, dispersion linear velocity, suspension level, liquid flow pattern and turbulence intensity distribution in the barrel were fully considered. The maximum linear velocity of high-speed dispersion can reach 20m/s, enhanced type The twist frame can handle high-viscosity battery slurry. A brand-new mixing method-the twist frame revolves clockwise, and its rotation is counterclockwise to ensure that there is no dead corner in the mixing. In terms of sealing, two sets of mechanical seals plus soft and static seals ensure the degree of vacuum-theoretically, the sealing performance has been increased by 30%. The Pt100 temperature sensor directly contacts the material, so the measurement is more accurate, the response speed is faster, and the error is only ±0.5℃. This machine is composed of a base, a beam, a column, a sealing cover, a material cylinder, a transmission and an electric control system.

1. Preparation of positive and negative electrode paddles for lithium-ion batteries with a viscosity of 10-20 million cp and preparation of other materials;
2. Not suitable for acetone solvent stirring;

Cooling principle |
After being cooled by the cooling tower, the circulating water enters the mixing barrel diversion layer through the water inlet of the mixing barrel to circulate and divert. Due to the diversion resistance of the diversion layer, the pressure difference between the water inlet and the water outlet will be formed (generally, the pressure difference is 2-3kg/ cm²), so as to speed up the water flow and timely take away the heat generated in the mixing tank through the inner wall of the mixing tank. By adjusting the water inlet pressure to control the water flow speed, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the temperature of the material in the barrel. |
