200L Dual Planetary Vacuum Slurry Feeding System


1.Principle

The low-speed mixing paddle and the serrated dispersing disc installed on the high-speed dispersing shaft both rotate and revolve (each rotating on the axis of rotation, and at the same time rotating around the same axis around the container); at the same time combined with the low clearance of the mixing paddle Design, the low-speed stirring paddle makes the material produce strong kneading interference motion and up and down/left and right cyclic motion (from a macro perspective, the material collides, exchanges, squeezes, kneads/matches and circulates, and realizes the functions of mass transfer, heat transfer and reaction) ; The high-speed dispersing disc produces a strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing effect, which can fully/deeply disperse the materials; so as to finally ensure that the materials are fully dispersed and evenly blended (mixed).

 

2.Application

2.1 Production of positive and negative electrode paddles for lithium-ion batteries with a viscosity of 10-20 million cp and preparation of other materials;

2.2 Not suitable for acetone solvent stirring.

5.Safety protection

7.Circulating cooling water of mixing tank

7.1 Cooling principle: Circulating water enters the diversion layer of the mixing bucket through the water inlet of the mixing bucket after being cooled by the cooling tower. Due to the diversion resistance of the diversion layer, the pressure difference between the water inlet and the water outlet (general pressure difference 2-3kg/cm²), so as to speed up the water flow and timely take away the heat generated in the mixing tank through the inner wall of the mixing tank. The water flow speed is controlled by adjusting the water inlet pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the temperature of the material in the barrel.

7.2 Cooling water requirements:

A. After the circulating water is cooled by the cooling tower, the water temperature at the water inlet of the mixing tank is ≤10℃;

B. The inlet water pressure is 4-5kg/cm².

 

8.Configuration

8.1 Host: Standard surface coating, optional stainless steel coating, the color is national standard warm gray;

8.2 Upper barrel: made of stainless steel, 1 set in total. Standard configuration: 1 DN140 feeding port, 1 ¢100 observation port, 1 ¢100 spotlight port, vacuum tee 3/4”, and 1 YX-100 vacuum meter;

8.3 Mixing barrel: made of stainless steel, 1 set in total. 1 water-cooling jacket is standard (1 1 inch female hot and cold water inlet and 1 outlet, equipped with stainless steel quick coupling), 1 discharge port controlled by a 2-inch ball valve, 4 heavy-duty corrosion-resistant movable wheels, 1 barrel handle;

8.4 Stirring paddle: made of SUS304, 2 sets in total;

8.5 Dispersing shaft: made of SUS304, 2 groups in total;

 

9.Installation site requirements

9.1 The moving space of the mixing barrel on the front of the equipment shall not be less than 1500mm, and the left and right back sides shall not be less than 500mm. The user must provide an independent power distribution switch and be responsible for the connection of the external power supply of the equipment.

9.2 Installation area conditions (provided by Party A)

A. Power supply: three-phase AC 380±38V, frequency: 50±1Hz;

B. Vacuum: pressure -0.1MPA, vacuum tube DN25;

C. Nitrogen: pressure 0.1~0.2MPA, nitrogen pipeline ¢12 trachea

D. Compressed air: 0.4~0.6MPA

E. Hot and cold water: pressure ≤0.4MPA

9.3 Energy consumption
