VLF Vacuum Suspension Melting Furnace
Vacuum induction levitation melting furnace(0.3-2KG) is to split water cooled copper crucible put in a strong alternating magnetic field, using induction eddy current heating the water cooled copper crucible metal melting, rely on electromagnetic force makes the molten metal does not have close contact with water cooled copper crucible.
This prevents the crucible from polluting the materials needed for smelting, and thus can smelt high purity metal materials.
The liquid alloy in the water-cooled copper crucible can also be injected into the ingot mold by rotating the molten metal.
The vacuum suspension melting furnace is suitable for the smelting of active metals such as titanium zirconium and rare earth materials, and the smelting and precision casting of titanium alloys.
It is mainly used in the production of high purity metal materials, semiconductor monocrystalline materials, high melting point alloys and 3D printing.
I. Features of the equipment

II. Suspension melting furnace is a bit

V. structure description
This product consists of furnace cover, furnace body, rotary mechanism, pouring device, pneumatic system, vacuum system and IGBT power supply control system
