Two Drums Vacuum Drying Oven for Lithium Battery Electrode Making
1. Overview:
This product is specially designed for the vacuum drying process of the whole roll of electrode in the production process of lithium battery. It adopts the industry-leading uniform temperature technology, and controls the action process through the color touch screen and PLC, which is precise and reliable. It is an ideal equipment to ensure the drying effect, suitable for mass production of batteries, with good temperature uniformity, stainless steel liner, anti-corrosion, anti leakage and high quality.
2. Product features:
2.1. Color touch screen and Xinjie brand PLC are selected to form a friendly and fast man-machine interface, which can realize automatic vacuum pumping, nitrogen filling, timing heat preservation, automatic shutdown and other actions or action cycles. The original Panasonic digital display vacuum meter can be independently controlled and displayed by two chambers without mutual interference.
2.2. Shanghai Yatai three position PID temperature controller is selected for temperature control with high resolution.
2.3. The temperature probe is placed at the back of the vacuum chamber and specially made by Taiwan Valin to reflect the working temperature quickly and truly.
2.4. Triple over temperature protection device can sense temperature independently, and automatically cut off the heating when the temperature exceeds the set value, so as to ensure the safety of materials and equipment.
2.5. Each layer of air blower can be opened independently, and the air blower can be opened independently when cooling the polar plate, so as to reduce the temperature quickly.
2.6. High quality 304 stainless steel seamless electric heating tube is selected, with rapid heating, energy saving and durable, and the service life can reach 10-15 years.
2.7 cylindrical cavity design, built-in circular shaft core ¢ 60, can be suspended the whole coil electrode, the maximum bearing capacity of shaft core is 380kg.
2.8. The vacuum chamber is heated by surrounding hot air, and the circular air duct is used to ensure the high precision and uniform temperature in the chamber.
2.9. The inner chamber is made of t4.0 mm stainless steel, resistant to battery slurry and electrolyte corrosion.
2.10. The closed insulation layer is composed of 10 layers of thermal insulation materials, which can prevent heat loss, and effectively solve the problems of adjacent warehouse temperature and external wall heating.
2.11. The door of box 11 is a double-layer tempered glass structure with over-voltage protection function. When the air pressure in the chamber is too high, it can automatically deflate to make the air pressure in the chamber return to the allowable range.
2.12. A special high temperature resistant silicone sealing ring is provided between the vacuum chamber and the door of the box. The state of-0.098mpa in the chamber can be maintained for more than 24 hours.
