Pouch Cell Automatic Electrolyte Filling Machine
Introduction
It is mainly used for pouch cell automatic electrolyte filling, vacuum diffusion°assing, sealing after electrolyte filling.
Manually put the battery into the fixture and position it, step on the pedal, and the turntable will automatically move to the next station for electrolyte injection. After electrolyte injection is completed, it will rotate to the vacuum standing box for degassing (adjustable time, vacuum pressure, degassing times), and stand still. After the degassing is completed, turn to the vacuum pre-sealing station. After the pre-sealing is completed, turn to the starting position, manually remove the sealed battery cell, and clamp it again to start the cycle operation。

2. Conveyor belt

4. Glass and glove ring

5. Long-arm gloves, foot cups and casters
The reserved operating station gloves are acid- and alkali-resistant long-arm gloves. One pair (2 in total) is provided as standard. There are 4 foot cups and 4 casters. The foot cups are ready to be installed. After positioning.
6. Processing technology and butt joint
all bottom plates are fully welded to ensure tightness. Butt joints are jointed by sealing cotton plus screws and nuts, and there is a quick maintenance door.
7. Electrolyte storage system:
Equipped with two sets of electrolyte automatic liquid supply, liquid storage, liquid injection, and constant pressure debubbling systems, which can be used in cycles, and have an alarm function when the electrolyte tank is empty.
8. Anti-seize system
the liquid injection pump will auto-transmit according to the predetermined time (the length can be set) when the liquid injection pump is not used for a long time, and the needle does not drip to prevent the electrolyte crystallization from causing the injection pump to jam.
9. Power-off retention function
the absorption box can be maintained under pressure when the power is off. (It can prevent the cylinder from causing the explosion of the box due to excessive pressure in the upper cylinder after the power is off under pressure). The entire system can be restored after power is restored. Automatically detect the state to which the operation can be completed before the power is cut off.
10. Automatic sealing function
The sealing station can automatically distinguish the battery sealing that has been filled with liquid, and the battery that has not been filled with liquid is not sealed.
11. The NG judgment function of the air bag
before the liquid injection, the air bag is OK and NG judgment. After the air bag is pulled, the system automatically distinguishes the OK and NG state of the air bag, and the liquid injection needle is only in the OK state of the air bag. The mouth will be lowered to automatically inject liquid.
