Laboratory Stainless Steel 304 Single Station 3 Port Glove Box
1. Chamber
1.1. Size: 1500mm (length) × 900mm high × 750mm (width).
1.2. Material: All stainless steel structure (Type 304), thickness 3mm.
1.3. Filter: aperture 0.3 microns
1.4 Butyl rubber gloves: the thickness of gloves imported from the United States is 0.4mm, the glove opening is 8 inches, the duralumin alloy glove opening (after anti-corrosion treatment, anodized aluminum, corrosion resistance to electrolyte and organic solvents), and the caliber is 220mm.
1.5. Window: With an inclined design operating surface and a detachable 8mm safety tempered glass front window, it is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has good light transmittance. The sealing ring is made of 3/8-inch thick OMEGA sealing ring;
1.6. Maintain a certain positive and negative pressure during use (-10mbar-10mbar)
1.7. The box is equipped with anti reflective energy-saving lighting, with soft light.
1.8. There are two layers of adjustable shelves (rear mounted) inside the box that can be moved up and down.
1.9. There is a porous power wiring board inside the box (power supply: 220V ± 10% 50Hz ± 10%)
1.10. The box can be equipped with four standard KF-40 interfaces.

2. Transition cabin
2.1. Shape: cylindrical (304 stainless steel), connected to the Glovebox, and axle lock type large transition hatch for easy operation.
2.2. Size: diameter 360mm, length 600mm, large transition chamber, piston door, sliding tray inside the transition chamber, polished;
2.3. A small transition chamber is set on the right side of the box, with a diameter of 150mm and a length of 330mm on the right side. The manual valve controls air extraction and replenishment;
2.4. Tray: Stainless steel, freely movable and extendable (large transition compartment configuration)
2.5. Vacuum degree ≤ -0.1mpa (both large and small right transition compartments require vacuum strip display)
3. Control system
3.1. Method: including self diagnosis, power outage and self start features, with pressure control and adaptive functions. Automatic control, cycle control, password protection, and vacuum chamber control adopt LCD display. The unit control adopts Siemens PLC touch screen.
3.2. Pressure control: Control the pressure of the box and transition chamber at a certain set value.
a) Users can set the working pressure range between+12.5 and -12.5 millibars, and the PLC will automatically adjust the box pressure within the set range. The default value for the working pressure range is -1 to+3 millibars.
b) When the box pressure exceeds 12 millibars, the PLC automatically opens the safety valve to relieve pressure, protecting gloves, equipment, and materials inside the box.
c) Use a foot switch to fine tune the box pressure.
3.3 Foot pedal: it can control the pressure of Glovebox and facilitate operation.
4. Circulating system (including purification and regeneration system)
4.1. BASF from Germany, UOP purification materials from the United States, and Baode valves from Germany. The host system integrates modular design, with a fully automatic electronic control air circuit solenoid valve group, PLC control, circuit, circulating pump, purification unit, and display integrated into an independent purifier, forming a compact and minimalist system
4.2. Control: Control water and oxygen to be less than 1Ppm
4.3. Adjustment device: Through PLC touch adjustment (heating, evacuation, purification, regeneration), the entire process requires no human monitoring except for 2.5 hours of ventilation.
4.4. Working gas: He. N2/or Ar (gas circulation)
4.5. Circulating fan: 0-100m ³ High speed variable frequency fan, microprocessor controlled, pressure tested stainless steel device.
4.6. Purification Column: Single purification column, imported purification material: 5kg of German BASF deoxygenation material, 5kg of American UOP high-efficiency water absorption material, with extremely high lifespan, ensuring the long-term purification ability of the product during use by users. The water removal capacity is 2.2 kg, and the oxygen absorption capacity is 63L.
4.7. Purification valve: fully automatic electrically operated valve.
4.8. Filter: A high-efficiency filter with a 0.3 micron aperture filter that complies with HEPA standards.
4.9 Regeneration: used for the reuse of purification systems to activate them; Regeneration requires a mixture of helium/H2, nitrogen/H2, or argon/H2, with H2 accounting for 10%.
4.10. In order to prevent the impact of organic solvents on the purification column, the regeneration gas is advanced through a flow meter before entering the purification column.
5. Display system
SIEMENS in Germany adopts Siemens PLC touch screen for unit control. Both Chinese and English can be switched.
6. Water analyzer (imported from abroad)

7. Oxygen analyzer (imported from abroad)

3) Accuracy: ± 1% ppm
4) Installation position: the oxygen sensor is installed on the box. The oxygen sensor continuously detects the atmosphere in the box and displays the oxygen content in the glove box whether the gas is circulating or not.
5) Sensor: Electrochemical material battery, which has the advantages of accurate zero point, small drift, and avoiding corrosion of other battery materials; Low replacement cost (only replacing oxygen batteries).
6) Display: The output of the analyzer is connected to the PLC, and the detection value is displayed on the touch screen, allowing for setting of alarm values.
7) Control: The user can select the automatic circulation function to maintain the oxygen content in the glove box within the user's specified range.
8. Vacuum system
The vacuum pump adopts Edwards vacuum pump from the UK, model RV12 pump, with a pumping speed of 12m ³/ h. Extreme vacuum 2x10-3 millibars. The transition chamber can be vacuumed separately and can be individually controlled at any time. (Imported from abroad)
9. Automatic cleaning of the box
Automatic pneumatic electroplating board; The automatic gas cleaning function inside the box allows users to set the cleaning time, and then touch the start button on the touch screen. The system will start cleaning the box and automatically stop at the set time. Increase the start and stop time control of the vacuum pump.
Automatic box cleaning function. Replacement of gas environment with different properties and automatic cleaning of quick box after water inlet and oxygen misoperation. The automatic clear valve of the box body should be securely connected to the pipeline integration point of the box body with KF25 steel wire plastic pipe, and the external KF25 pagoda joint should be used.
10. Organic solvent adsorption system
In order to prevent the impact of organic solvents on the purification column, a solvent column is connected in series to the Glovebox system, which can effectively remove the solvent volatilized from the system. The medium is mainly high-quality and efficient activated carbon. The organic solvent adsorption system is filled with high-efficiency activated carbon and Activated alumina that have been washed and dried. The filling volume is 7KG, which is installed at the bottom of the box. There are KF40 interfaces at the top and bottom of the column, which is convenient for refueling. Users can change materials by themselves.
