1 Device Functions

1. Equipment function: The equipment is mainly used for the formation of lithium-ion prismatic cells under high temperature (30-80 ℃) and negative pressure (negative 10-negative 95) conditions. It can quickly activate the battery formation performance at high temperature, and vacuum extract the air in the battery formation, while shortening the formation time and reducing the battery production cycle.

2. This equipment consists of a power cabinet (5V60A, 16 point position), a needle bed fixture set (16 point position/set), and a negative pressure vacuum system (1 layer, 2 pipes with a diameter of 26mm in each layer, divided into 16 points, each single pipe with a diameter of 10mm, fluororubber anti-corrosion suction cups); (Place the power supply and fixture group separately).

2Process flow

Rail lift car delivers fixture group → pushes fixture group into needle bed → starts needle bed → starts negative pressure process and charges into formation → formation is completed → automatically opens needle bed fixture → rail lift car manually returns fixture group → next round of fixture group charging into formation

2) Supports barcode scanning, capable of scanning one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes, including sequential scanning, channel skip scanning, and disk loading scanning;

3) Local testing detailed data storage allows you to view the current test data and historical data of each channel at any time. There are two corresponding ways to present data and curves, and it supports exporting Excel reports in single or batch form. Additionally, you can set automatic data export after testing as needed.

4) It supports capacity sorting and can grade batteries;

5) Support the judgment of pass/NG results based on specified cycle capacity, voltage, time, and other information after the test is completed;

27. Protection function

1) Data anomaly recovery;

5) Set an emergency stop button to automatically open the fixture during an emergency stop;

9) After an abnormal power outage occurs, the current process step can be continued;

10) When there is a time communication interruption or PC failure, the device will automatically enter a waiting state, and continue the current process after the communication is quickly reset.
