Lab Prismatic Cell Electrolyte Injector Filling Machine For Battery Research



1Equipment Overview

Scope of application: Aluminum shell battery liquid injection process, applicable battery model: external dimensions, thickness 15-30mm, width 65-148mm, height 130-145mm; The hole position is fixed as shown in the following figure;

Injection volume: The reference injection volume is 150g, and the actual production capacity is related to the cell density, injection volume, and cell suction speed.

Compressed air: 0.5-0.8Mpa (provided by the client);

Vacuum: -0.090.095 Mpa (provided by the client);

Dry gas (nitrogen): working pressure 1 Kpa~40Kpa (provided by the client);

Dew point: None;

Equipment color: stainless steel and aluminum alloy natural color

 

2Process flow

1. Install the battery into the fixture (manually operated).

2. Place the fixture with the battery installed on the liquid injection station and stabilize it (manually operated)

3. Press the foot pedal under the tower and align the injection needle with the battery inlet.

4. The lower storage tank and battery start vacuuming, and at the same time, start the injection pump program. The electrolyte is injected into the upper storage tank according to the set amount (the pump automatically runs).

5. After the filling of the upper cup is completed, the valve in the middle of the upper and lower cups opens. As the lower storage tank and battery are in a vacuum state, the electrolyte will automatically flow into the inner part of the lower storage cup and battery;

6. Then, the next cup and battery position are operated alternately with vacuum and nitrogen, and the program cycles alternately with vacuum and nitrogen according to the set time, frequency, pressure value, etc. (automatically completed), allowing the electrolyte to be quickly absorbed by the electrode.

7. After the absorption is completed, the device prompts the completion of the process through sound and light. At this time, remove the battery box or proceed to the next process (manual operation).

Digital variable pump, parameter adjustment, no need to tighten screws by hand;

Maximum liquid injection rate per second: 10g per revolution;

Outline dimensions of the liquid injection machine:

5Equipment function and description:

1. Battery tray: 2 trays are configured, with 5 batteries installed in each tray (manually adjusted by handwheel).

2. Injection efficiency: 5 batteries/20 minutes (refer to the injection volume of 150g, which may vary depending on the actual injection volume).

3. Complete function: manually install the dry battery onto the bracket, then place it on the injection station for positioning, automatically inject, vacuum, absorb, and alarm after absorption is completed to wait for manual battery removal before installing the battery.

4. Liquid injection accuracy requirement: The liquid injection accuracy is ± 0.5%.

5. The liquid injection volume is required to be adjustable from 0 to 150g (manual operation).

6. The vacuum pumping time, vacuum degree, number of liquid injection pump turns, pressurization pressure, and time can be set and adjusted.

9. The vacuum pumping time, vacuum degree, pressurization pressure, pressure time, etc. can be set and adjusted on the touch screen, with an external serial port left for buyers to remotely integrate control.

10. All accessories of the equipment must be made of corrosion-resistant materials.

7 Installation environment requirements

1. Installation space;

2. Compressed air: After drying, filtering, and stabilizing, the outlet pressure is greater than 5.0-7.0kgf/cm ² (i.e. 0.5~0.7Mpa);

3. Power supply: AC220V/380V/50Hz/60Hz;

Vacuum source requirement: Vacuum is applied through a 60mm inner diameter vacuum tube to increase the vacuum degree of the 60L cavity from 0KPa to -90KPa within 1.5 seconds.
