2) Current limiting function: No matter how the heating rate is set, the secondary current of our electric furnace is always limited to 170A, which effectively protects the equipment. Thanks to the current limiting function, the furnace door can be opened at high temperatures. If you are using an electric furnace, you need to limit the heating rate of the furnace during the heating process (for example, it should not exceed 3 °C/min after 1400 °C), that is, use a non-current limiting trigger. If the heating rate is set incorrectly or the heating rate is too fast, the current will be very large and the device will trip or burn out.
3) Soft start function: the current will increase slowly when starting, and the impact on the heating element is small, which is beneficial to the extension of the life of the heating element.
