1、 Functional Overview
The separator is actively unwinded and introduced into the stacking table through a tension mechanism; The stacking table drives the separator to move back and forth to place the electrode sheets; The positive/negative plates are stacked first, and two sets of robotic suction cups are used to remove the positive and negative plates from the left two material boxes. After precise positioning, they are stacked on the stacking table; After the stacking is completed, transfer the battery cell to the tail roll gluing station through a robotic arm to automatically tail roll; separator cutting and automatic gluing; Simultaneously start the automatic stacking of the next cell
