Automatic Layer By Layer Electrode Stacker Machine For Thick Pouch Cell Stacking
Product Introduction:
Mainly used for Z-shaped laminated assembly of positive and negative electrodes of lithium battery cells and separators.
This device achieves manual loading, subsequent pole position correction, and stacking process using fully automatic technology, with the characteristics of high stacking efficiency and high stacking accuracy. The device design can stack up to 300 * 300mm battery cells, and different sizes can be achieved by adjusting the fixture, making it very suitable for the research and sample production of stacked lithium-ion batteries. The device adopts a single cantilever structure design, with automatic constant tension control and automatic correction control for the coil material separator.

Maintenance methods and precautions
1. Regularly wipe the swing roller and laminating table to keep them clean.
2. Lubricate the moving parts of the bearing slide rail with oil to maintain smooth movement.
If not in use for a long time, wipe the surface of the machine clean, wrap it with packaging tape and store it.
4. Regularly inspect the screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners in various parts of the machine to prevent loosening and eliminate quality and personal accidents.
