1.Overview

1.5Liquid injection method: Weigh before automatic liquid injection, automatic liquid injection, automatic absorption, and weigh after automatic liquid injection.

1.7Required air source:
*Compressed air: 0.5~0.8Mpa (the customer provides the air source, and the pipe diameter is 30mm);

2.Configuration and function
2.1 Glove box
*Overall dimensions and transition chamber size: overall dimensions, length 3.6m*width 1.4m*height 1.6m (glove box net size: length 3m*width 1.4m*height 1.0m), transition chamber size, length 500mm*width 400mm*height 240mm. (Using inner door and outer door, the inner door is controlled by air cylinder and pedal, and the outer door is manually controlled)
*Main materials: SUS304 stainless steel plate and square pass, the bottom plate of the box body adopts 2.0mm stainless steel plate, the top plate of the box body adopts 1.5mm reinforced stainless steel plate, the load-bearing part of the frame adopts 38mm*38mm*2.0mm stainless steel square pass and other 38mm *38mm*1.0mm stainless steel square pass.
*Glass and glove ring: the glove box glass is made of 6mm PC transparent board, the transparent PC board is made of stainless steel metal frame, fastened by screws, the glove ring is made of corrosion-resistant material, the glove ring and the sealing ring are mounted on the transparent PC board .
*Long arm gloves and foot cup casters: The operating station gloves use acid and alkali resistant long arm gloves. One set (a total of 18 pairs) is standard, and there are 24 foot cups and casters. Position them after the equipment is installed.
*Processing technology and docking: Fully welded treatment is used to ensure tightness, EV cotton and screw nuts are used for docking, and a quick maintenance door is opened in the second and fifth sections.
2.2 Introduction of each mechanism
*Automatic feeding and weighing mechanism: A set of custom-made 3-axis manipulators are used to manually place the battery-equipped jig into the designated station. The system detects the battery, and the manipulator automatically goes to the jig and grabs the battery to the weighing mechanism. , After the weighing is completed, the manipulator grabs the battery onto the customized liquid injection jig.
*Automatic set of liquid injection hopper mechanism: A set of custom-made 2-axis manipulators are used. After the system detects that the liquid injection jig is full of batteries, it automatically transports the hopper mechanism that comes out after the absorption is completed to the liquid injection jig.
*Liquid injection system: A set of independent liquid injection system is adopted, with a total of 6 liquid injection pump heads, and the liquid injection volume of each pump head can be adjusted through the touch screen parameters, and the single-turn injection volume can reach 20g.
*Absorption box: The glove box is equipped with a set of electrolyte absorption box. In order to ensure the absorption effect of the battery, the absorption box sets the fixture into the absorption box for absorption, and each absorption box can independently select four absorption boxes. Recipe parameters, you can directly call the corresponding recipe number after setting the absorption box parameters on the touch screen at one time.
*Clamping system: using custom-made clamps (each clamp can hold 6 batteries), after the liquid injection is completed and the absorption is completed, the clamp is automatically transferred to the next process, a total of 4 sets (2 sets are used for turnover).
*Automatic feeding mechanism: A set of custom-made 3-axis manipulators are used. The system will automatically send the jigs with batteries that have been absorbed to the designated location. The system detects the batteries, and the manipulators will automatically grab the batteries from the jigs to the scale. After the weighing is completed, the robot automatically separates OK and NG products.
2.3 Liquid storage tank
Liquid storage system: equipped with a set of automatic electrolyte supply, storage, injection, constant pressure and constant temperature systems.
2.4 Other important functions
*Power-off retention function: After power is restored, the entire system can automatically detect what state it has run before power-off and continue to run to completion.
*Glove box lighting: DC24V LED lights are used for lighting on both sides, which can be independently controlled by touch screen (total 24 meters)

5.work process
5.1 Manually place the fixture with the battery in the designated position. (This process is operated manually)
5.2 The system automatically starts, and the manipulator automatically goes to the fixture to grab the battery to the weighing mechanism
5.3 After the weighing is completed, the manipulator will automatically grab the weighed battery into the liquid injection fixture, and fill a liquid injection fixture in a loop 6 times.
5.4 The manipulator for transporting the liquid injection hopper automatically transports the hopper mechanism to the liquid injection fixture.
5.5 The automatic clamping mechanism moves the fixture with the battery installed under the liquid injection mechanism.
5.6 The liquid injection mechanism detects the battery, and the liquid injection pump automatically injects liquid
5.7 The absorption mechanism drops and circulates the absorption to promote the absorption of electrolyte (parameters can be adjusted)
5.8 After the liquid injection is absorbed, the manipulator will automatically remove the upper liquid injection hopper.
5.9 The unloading manipulator automatically takes out the battery that has been absorbed by the liquid injection, and then weighs it.
5.10 After the weighing is completed, the manipulator automatically sorts the batteries into OK and NG products according to the liquid retention parameters.
