1. Basic composition of equipment
This equipment is mainly composed of computer, communication interface and battery detection cabinet. The battery detection cabinet is composed of a clamp and a board for placing the clamp, a constant current and voltage source, a register control circuit, a sampling circuit, a single chip microcomputer and a control panel.
2. Main performance of equipment
2.1. Each device can charge and discharge 96 batteries with constant current and voltage.
2.2. The invention patent constant current constant voltage power supply is adopted, and the switching from constant current to constant voltage has no impact, which is especially suitable for the charging requirements of lithium-ion batteries.
2.3. AVR single-chip computer is used as the control center of the equipment. With the peripheral sampling circuit, the equipment can be controlled by the superior computer. When the computer is connected, the complete charging and discharging curves of all channels can be saved, or the equipment can be separated from the superior computer. Through the operation of the control panel, the equipment can complete constant current and constant voltage charging, constant current and discharge testing, time sorting, etc.
2.4. Each battery has an independent constant current and voltage source, which is self-contained and has no influence on each other.
2.5. Real time detection of each battery voltage, charging, first constant current charging, when the battery voltage reaches the set value, will be smooth into constant voltage charging, meet the set time or current termination conditions, the end of charging. During constant current discharge, when the battery voltage is lower than the set value, the discharge will end and the corresponding battery indicator will be on.
2.6. It has the power-off protection function, and can continue to run after the call.
2.7. 50n06 power transistor is suitable for batteries requiring lower discharge voltage, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
2.8. The upper computer can set 32 step parameters and 256 cycles, and each upper computer can be connected with 1-10 sets of single chip microcomputer system (less than 5 sets are recommended).
2.9. Supporting software function.
a) Graphic operation interface is used to display the voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery, and the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions are displayed in various colors;
b) Battery capacity indication of any section (up to 100 sections);
c) The data points can be recorded according to the changing conditions of voltage, current and time to form a complete charge discharge curve data. The time interval of curve data points is less than or equal to 4 seconds
d) A variety of conditions (capacity, time, open circuit voltage, discharge platform, etc.) for battery sorting function;
e) Automatic calculation of constant current charging ratio, capacity loss, discharge efficiency, average voltage, median voltage and other data;
f) Operator authority setting, hierarchical operation;
g) It can display charge discharge curve and cycle diagram;

4. Main configuration requirements of the system (customer supplied)
4.1. Minimum configuration of computer system: Celeron dual core or above CPU, 2G or above memory, 500GB or above hard disk space, EGA / VGA color display, one CD-ROM, one mouse, Microsoft TM Windows XP or above operating system, and one available RS232 serial communication port. The computer system is provided by the user, and the number of the computer system is determined according to the actual needs.
4.2. It is suggested that users should equip each computer with UPS power supply to prevent computer or data from being damaged in case of power failure.
When the equipment starts, the instantaneous current is large. When the user configures the incoming power switch for the equipment, the action current of the power switch should not be lower than the starting current of the equipment, so as to avoid the switch tripping.
