Mixing principle

The low-gap design of the double stirring paddles has no dead ends. The strong kneading interference motion of the low-speed stirring paddles and the up and down/left and right circular motions ensure that the materials are fully mixed.

Vacuum system

GPS

A. With positioning adjustment device and locking device, it can accurately locate the mixing barrel and the upper barrel and prevent rotation.

B. The positioning stop of the lower flange of the upper barrel body is precisely matched with the mixing barrel to ensure the reasonable position of the mixing barrel and the accurate positioning.

Distribution Cabinet

The function display and operation of the vacuum device, frequency conversion speed regulation, temperature display (control), spotlight, lift, and operation emergency stop during the operation of the equipment are all carried out on the power distribution cabinet. Remarks: Dispersion has timing function (optional, recommended for users, regular design does not include this).

Safety operation

A. Relying on the frequency converter and limit travel switch, through a specially designed control route, to ensure that the upper barrel body will automatically stop after it rises to the specified position.

B. During the rising process of the upper barrel, the stirring and dispersing part of the equipment cannot start to run; Similarly, when the machine is running the mixture, the upper barrel cannot be raised, and the mixing barrel cannot be opened.

C. Using circuit design such as proximity switches to ensure that the planetary working parts cannot rise under vacuum conditions.

D. The special vacuum buffer tank design can effectively prevent the vacuum pump oil from returning to the mixing tank.

Temperature measurement method

0-300℃, the temperature measuring probe is located on the barrel wall near the bottom of the barrel, and is in direct contact with the material.
